I was hit from behind by one of their Victorian cars and the driver was unresponsive & we had waited days already for a claim number to be provided. I called head office & got their 'accountant' who was terribly rude. I called him out on his rudeness & his response was 'well you're not a client'. No I'm not, I was a driver on the road driving safely & was giving way at a pedestrian stop when I was hit from behind. This pedestrian was also my witness. Given the inconvenience caused and the situation I didn't deserve to be spoken to so rudely.
After going down the unfortunate route of potential legal action a claim number was generated in the nick of time. I hope management is reading this and will follow up with the person who took my call so that none else is treated so badly. - Anders Agren Added December 10, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Buy the product at a place where you get full refund! This company charge 35% restocking fee if you need to return products.!!! You are only told of this charge when you come to return and they tell you "it's on the invoice".
Note that you are given the invoice after you have paid.
They cannot give you a credit to the card you used for the purchase but ask for your bank details!!!
I rang and complained to the Manager and he gave me a long version of their hard times with corona and trade customer tampering with returned products. He told me "If it was up to him" we would have been able to get full refund. Well, if it's not up to the Manager, who is it up to?
