- Sergio Casetta Added June 12, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Quite simply, Glen's programming works. When I joined G-Force I had ongoing long-term issues with my shoulders. I couldn't even hang off a bar, let alone perform any overhead movements with weight. Now, my weight lifting movements have improved significantly. I am fitter and stronger in my late 40's than I was in my 20's, and it's all based on proper technique.
There is great camaraderie in the gym - like an unwritten code of "no wankers". Everyone is treated equally and with respect.
In short - great coaches, focused on technique, and great people.
